Evaluated & implemented critical course corrections taking a struggling startup from a rocky start to achieve No. 1 Dance Club status in North America. Reduced operating expenses by $10k per month by fine-tuning the inner workings & maximizing assets for optimum operating efficiency. Designed & devised a re-branding of Beta to maximize profits.
Co-owner | Vice president of Operations | Imagineer. Transformed a 10,000 sq ft failed business into a Denver hotspot. Designed and oversaw demo, construction, and operations. Original intelligent design to maximize space and deliver guest overwhelm with Ice bar off the dance floor, raised areas, bottle service, gogo blocks, and poles silhouette screens for both professional performance and guest expression.
